Led a small team investigating the structural basis of AMH, from construct design and purification through biochemical, biophysical, and electron microscopy studies. Introduced negative-stain and single-particle cryo-EM into the lab workflow and trained new members; maintained computational resources for the lab and the UC cryo-EM facility; designed the lab website.
